Role Mission

We are looking for a highly strategic, creative and culturally connected Global Influencer Relations Manager to lead Gucci's global influencer marketing strategy, develop meaningful relationships with influential digital talents and drive innovative collaborations that strengthen the House's cultural relevance, brand desirability and global visibility.

The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of the luxury fashion landscape with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills and a deep knowledge of digital culture.

Working closely with Brand Image, Entertainment, PR, Marketing and regional teams, this role will be responsible for developing and executing impactful organic and paid influencer initiatives, identifying emerging cultural voices and ensuring that all activations reflect Gucci's creative vision and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead Gucci's global influencer and creator engagement strategy.
- Build a world-class network of influencers, creators, cultural talents and opinion leaders aligned with Gucci's vision.
- Identify emerging voices, trends and communities shaping the future of fashion, culture and digital engagement.
- Drive high-impact influencer partnerships that enhance brand desirability, cultural relevance and visibility.
- Lead organic and paid partnerships, including talent negotiations, campaign deliverables and content usage rights.
- Integrate creators into key brand moments, campaigns, fashion shows, launches and cultural initiatives.
- Develop innovative creator collaborations and social-first storytelling opportunities.
- Integrate creator content into Gucci's editorial calendar and amplify it across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Partner with Brand Image, Social, Entertainment, PR, Marketing and regional teams to deliver a unified talent strategy.
- Guide and support regional markets in implementing a consistent global influencer vision.
- Establish global guidelines and best practices to align influencer activities across regional markets.
- Foster long-term relationships with top-tier talents, agents and industry stakeholders worldwide.
- Lead strategic gifting and advocacy programs that generate authentic engagement and brand affinity.
- Ensure Gucci remains at the forefront of creator marketing, digital culture and emerging platforms.
- Leverage insights, social listening and performance data to inform strategy and optimize investments.
- Set campaign KPIs and oversee reporting on partnerships and gifting, including engagement, earned media value and measurable business impact.
- Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment.
- Oversee external agencies and strategic partners to deliver excellence across activations.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering creativity, innovation and collaboration.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, communications or digital marketing, ideally within luxury, fashion, lifestyle or entertainment.
- Proven track record developing global influencer and creator strategies.
- Strong international network of creators, talent representatives and cultural stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumers, digital culture and the evolving creator economy.
- Demonstrated success managing high-profile partnerships and global campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with commercial and performance-driven mindset.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and agencies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong knowledge of global and Chinese social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Weibo, RED and Douyin.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

SALARY PACKAGE:

- Gross Annual Salary :  55.000€ (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).

- NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement) : CCNL Industria Pelli e Succedanei (unique alphanumeric code: D111)

- Bonuses and Commissions : Annual Target Bonus as per the company-level collective agreement in force, up to 15% of the Gross Annual Salary.
