Job Description

We are currently seeking an Integrated Media Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

As an Integrated Media Intern, you will play a key role in the worldwide execution and coordination of Bottega Veneta media campaigns, working closely with the global media team, media agencies, local markets and internal creative, Project Management and E-commerce teams.

You will support the end to end execution of campaigns across markets and channels, ensuring that media activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with the agreed media plan and brand standards.

Worldwide Media Campaign Execution

• Manage the day to day execution of global media campaigns across markets, from initial media specifications through to campaign go live.

• Receive and consolidate media specifications from the media agency, ensuring all requirements, formats, deadlines and deliverables are clearly understood and tracked.

• Translate agency specifications into clear internal briefs, working closely with the Project Management and Image teams to source and prepare the required assets.

• Brief the cropping and adaptation agency on the formats and technical requirements needed for each campaign, ensuring assets are adapted correctly for different media placements and markets.

• Review creative previews and adaptations across digital and offline placements, checking that assets are accurate, correctly formatted and aligned with the approved campaign.

• Review and validate UTM files, tracking links and digital campaign requirements, working closely with the E-commerce team to ensure tracking, landing pages and campaign journeys are correctly aligned and ready for launch.

• Track campaign readiness and go live status across markets, proactively following up with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

• Maintain clear visibility on campaign status, outstanding actions and upcoming launches across the worldwide media calendar.

• Collect and update proof of media execution, ensuring that campaign delivery is properly documented across markets and channels.

Media Planning & Internal Coordination

• Keep internal media presentations, planning documents and trackers updated to reflect booked media activity and campaign execution across markets.

• Support the preparation of media presentations, documents and briefs for internal stakeholders and external agency partners.

• Support the agenda, follow up and minutes from meetings with media agencies and local markets, ensuring actions are clearly tracked through to completion.

Who you are

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related discipline is desirable.
- Eligible for 6 months curricular internship.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, markets and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills and confidence working in a fast paced, international environment.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and coordinating between media agencies, creative teams, Project Management, E-commerce and local markets.
- Proactive and solution oriented, with the ability to identify issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Strong interest in media, digital platforms and integrated marketing.
- Understanding of 360 integrated marketing across the digital and offline ecosystem.
- Experience or familiarity with OOH, Print and digital advertising is desirable.
- Fully proficient and confident in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
