## About the role
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Senior Manager, Logistics Transformation to lead and accelerate Reckitt's global logistics transformation agenda.
As part of the Global Supply Chain Organization, this role will be accountable for leading the deployment and scaling of Reckitt's next-generation logistics capabilities across the global network by leading the execution and delivery of transformational initiatives that improve visibility, agility, resilience, service, and cost performance across the global supply network.
The role will provide strategic leadership for transforming to the next-generation logistics capabilities, including Logistics Control Towers, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), supply chain visibility platforms, advanced analytics, AI-enabled decision support, automation, and digital logistics solutions. Working closely with the Global Logistics Organization and cross-functional leadership teams, the role will implement and operationalize agreed operating models, governance frameworks, and technology capabilities required to build a connected, data-driven, and intelligent logistics ecosystem.
This position will play a critical role in supporting the realization of Reckitt's long-term logistics transformation objectives and transforming logistics into a strategic competitive advantage.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the execution and deployment of Reckitt's global logistics transformation roadmap.
- Support & Lead future-state logistics operating models that enhance visibility, responsiveness, efficiency, and customer service.
- Drive strategic transformation programs focused on digitalization, automation, advanced analytics, AI, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.
- Lead the transition/deployment, and continuous evolution of Reckitt's global Logistics Control Tower capability.
- Support the integration of logistics visibility platforms, transportation technologies, data ecosystems, and digital tools across the supply chain.
- Act as the senior business lead for Transportation Management System (TMS) implementations across Ocean Freight, & Road Transportation
- Ensure alignment of technology deployments with global logistics strategy, business objectives, and operational requirements.
- Establish end-to-end performance visibility across global logistics operations.
- Define and govern logistics performance metrics, dashboards, reporting standards, and management routines.
- Serve as the senior business deployment lead for logistics transformation programs across global, regional, and market organizations.
- Build and embed logistics transformation capabilities required to successfully deploy and sustain new ways of working.
- Lead change management and business readiness activities associated with large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, and IT leadership teams.
The experience we're looking for
- Significant experience in logistics, supply chain transformation, transportation management, or digital supply chain environments within large global organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading complex logistics transformation programs and technology-enabled business change initiatives.
- Deep understanding of logistics operations, transportation management, control tower capabilities, supply chain visibility, and performance management frameworks.
- Proven experience developing and implementing strategic operating models and organizational change programs.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior leadership across a complex global matrix organization.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
Desirable
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Control Tower solutions, Supply Chain Visibility platforms, advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled logistics technologies.
- Exposure to digital supply chain transformation, logistics orchestration platforms, predictive analytics, and network optimization tools.
- Experience leading global transformation programs involving multiple functions, regions, and external partners.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working across diverse cultural and geographical environments.
- Willingness to travel globally as required.
