The core objective of this role is to support the planning, coordination, execution, and governance of strategic and operational projects across Sales Operations. The role will help ensure timely project delivery, stakeholder alignment, effective communication, and adherence to project management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support multiple projects across Sales Operations.
- Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items to help ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, governance trackers, and dashboards.
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and governance forums.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and drive timely closure of project actions.
- Support change management, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.
- Identify project risks and issues and escalate them appropriately with recommended mitigation actions.
- Ensure consistency in project documentation and adherence to organizational project management frameworks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
Skills Required:
- Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of project lifecycle management, governance, and project reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience in preparing project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Ability to analyze project data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders across levels.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with project objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint; knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies is an advantage.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business operations, consulting, shared services, transformation, or a related function.
- Must have strong digital and AI acumen, with the ability to leverage AI-powered tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, and Power Platform) to enhance project governance, executive reporting, data visualization, stakeholder communications, and operational productivity
- Experience supporting cross-functional business projects and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, action plans, and project deliverables.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
