The Lead Technician Site Installation (m/f/d) is responsible for the management and organization of construction sites, including the coordination of personnel, materials, and subcontractors. The role ensures smooth site operations, compliance with safety and quality standards, and adherence to budget requirements. Acting as a key interface between customers and project stakeholders, the Site Manager is responsible for delivering projects efficiently and on schedule.
## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Manage and organize construction sites, including work preparation, workflow coordination, and budget control.
- Plan, supervise, and train site personnel, while coordinating the use of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor execution activities, define inspection schedules, and review inspection reports.
- Prepare measurements, maintain project documentation (e.g., welding sample records), and carry out commissioning activities.
- Communicate with customers and project stakeholders and participate in construction meetings.
- Depending on project needs: prepare quotations, manage smaller additional projects, and coordinate subcontractors.

## Show your expertise

- Completed technical or trade qualification, for example as a Plant Constructor, Mechanical Plant Technician, HVAC Technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in plant construction and initial leadership experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with a strong technical understanding.
- Practical experience in welding processes, ideally including orbital welding.Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with a structured, reliable, and independent working style.
- Fluent German language skills; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
