About this role
The Learning and Development Unit, within the Human Resources Directorate, is responsible for planning, coordinating and promoting learning and professional development opportunities for all staff members.
The unit manages the Annual Training Catalogue, which includes a wide range of learning and development programmes designed to support both professional and personal growth. Its responsibilities also encompass talent development and career progression initiatives, onboarding activities for new employees, projects related to equality, diversity and inclusion, and the coordination of actions linked to the HR Excellence in Research Award. Through these activities, the unit contributes to creating an inclusive workplace culture and supports employees throughout their professional journey within the organisation.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Provide administrative support for the management of VHIR training activities.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of communications related to the training offer (monthly newsletter, reminders, etc.).
- Support the management of registrations and respond to participants’ enquiries.
- Assist in the collection, review and filing of documentation required for the management of FUNDAE training grants.
- Collaborate in the organisation and logistical coordination of both face-to-face and virtual training activities.
- Manage the distribution of training invitations, reminders, certificates and other related documentation.
- Provide administrative support for other activities within the Learning and Development Unit, according to service needs.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related field, or enrolled in a relevant Master’s programme.
- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
- Interest in Learning and Development and people management.
- Previous experience in administrative or customer-facing roles.
Labour conditions:
- Working hours : Part-time (15 hours per week).
- Starting date : As soon as possible or Month, Year.
- Gross annual salary : Remuneration will be determined by experience, skills and responsibilities and aligned with the Collective Agreement pay scale.
- Contract type : Internship agreement.
