Job Purpose
To manage and control finished goods and packaging material warehouses. Chain process of finished goods products through collaboration with Quality, Labelling and Logistics teams
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of inventory/stock and warehouse operations
- Control the daily workflow of warehouses
- Maintain a healthy, safe, clean, and secure warehouse and work environment.
- Coordinate the movement and storage of stock in the warehouses.
- Facilitate Invocoms, coaching, training, and leading teams to achieve performance.
- Yearly, Monthly & daily stock count as required
- Maintaining inventory levels as per labelling and distribution plan
- Stock control of all packaging materials used in labelling area
- Document keeping of all raw materials received and used for labelling.
- Performing all additional tasks related to the distribution and receiving of product.
- Job processing for finish goods products
- Daily reports as requires for Logistics and Warehouse
- Adhere to warehouse SOP’s and relevant policies, and regulatory standards and adhere to all Food Safety requirements.
- Initiate and identify gaps within relevant warehouses and drive continuous improvement
Experience and Qualifications
To perform effectively in this role, the following minimum qualifications and work experience are required:
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Diploma in Logistics or/and Supply Chain will be advantageous
- Relevant Warehouse experience within the FMCG environment
- 2 years experience, and 2 years in a Supervisory position advantageous

Working Conditions
- Pressurised environment
- 6-day shift worker position
- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per business needs
- Required to work in alternative areas as required by the business
