Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional Project Management Team through all phases of the projects/ECR, main project contact internally after nomination (GR1-GR5).
- Lead Projects as Project Manager as assigned.
- Provide leadership, coaching and escalation support to regional Project Managers.
- Ensures convergence with project objectives within all projects in the U.S. a) all project tasks and deliverables remain on track and within budget (RD budget, CAPEX, tooling cost, VA/VE) b) maintain and control schedule, financials, resources, changes.
- Escalates non-compliance with deliverables, critical project risks and drives for alignment and resolution with all stakeholders.
- Hold multi-project board reviews with all stakeholders.
- Ensure the transfers of acquired knowledge/best practices in the organization.
- Alignment with Vibracoustic PMO function, provide improvement feedback and lessons learned into the project tracking system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree. Engineering background is preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Understands and utilizes the following tools: Teamcenter, MS office, Multi Project Board, Customer project management portal.
- Cross functional leadership and communication, problem solving, time management, ability to motivate others, ability to stay calm under pressure.
