Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Instandhaltungsteams
- Sicherstellung eines sicheren, zuverlässigen und effizienten Betriebs aller Anlagen und technischen Einrichtungen
- Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung vorbeugender Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Analyse von Störungen sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Performance
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Verantwortung für Ersatzteile, Instandhaltungsbudgets und Kostenkontrolle
- Unterstützung bei technischen Projekten, Neuinstallationen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Industriemechanik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung sowie erste oder fundierte Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung in einem produzierenden, logistischen oder stark automatisierten Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse in Wartungsplanung, Fehleranalyse und Instandhaltungsprozessen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie ein pragmatischer, hands-on Führungsstil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
