Key Responsibilities May Include:
Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of customer feedback through NPS, transactional surveys, and other Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. Compile and analyze large datasets from various sources (e.g., Salesforce, BW, survey platforms) to identify trends in customer behavior and satisfaction, delivering clear, data-driven reports for stakeholders. Manage end-to-end survey processes, including sampling, survey creation, administration, and usability testing, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure customer insights inform strategic goals and enhance customer experience. Support the execution of key customer insight initiatives, ensuring project completion within scope, on time, and with measurable outcomes. Conduct detailed customer segmentation and market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and customer needs, contributing to strategic planning. Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting systems to enable real-time monitoring of key customer satisfaction metrics, loyalty drivers, and market trends. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights to guide decision-making and improve business performance.
Demand Planning Analyst will play an important role in the Integrated Business Planning process, ensuring the team have the right inputs to make clear, fast and data driven decisions. deputy for the demand planning manager. • Support the development of comprehensive demand plans by preparing historical data, statistical model outputs, and market insights to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Asset Productivity teams to gather key demand drivers and integrate them into accurate demand forecasts.
• Prepare materials and analyses for the monthly Demand Review process, supporting alignment between demand, sales, and asset productivity as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle.
• Monitor forecast accuracy by analyzing trends, identifying deviations, and supporting updates to forecast assumptions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Document and communicate forecast assumptions, data changes, and key insights to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and consistency throughout the planning process.
• Contribute to the evolution of the demand planning process by adopting best practices, sharing insights, and supporting collaboration with planning teams across regions.
• Provide analytical support for long-term demand projections to help Supply Chain Leadership assess future capacity needs and plan for operational readiness.
• Participate in projects focused on optimizing demand planning processes, tools, and systems, supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function.
