Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management and compliance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates, reporting to Fredrik Molander, Head of Quality Service Nordics.

You’ll specifically take care of deploying Alstom policies, QMS and ECM across Nordics sites, but also ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

We’ll look to you for:

- Coordinating process deployment in collaboration with local quality functions across the Nordics

- Ensuring process governance, reviews, and effective risk and opportunity management with country and local stakeholders

- Providing local teams with support, including training and day-to-day coaching on process application

- Managing and updating Quality Management System documentation to ensure it is communicated effectively

- Keeping site management informed about the status of process deployment, implementation and results

- Ensuring QMS conformance with Alstom and regional standards, as well as ISO 9001, IRIS, ECM and ISO 55001 requirements

- Organizing and enhancing internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS

- Preparing and monitoring yearly internal audit plans and ensuring timely execution

- Collaborating with certification bodies and customers to prepare for and analyze QMS assessments

- Planning and ensuring the organization of Process Reviews, Quality Management Reviews and resulting action plans

- Managing internal and external audits and ensuring action plans are executed on time
