We are seeking a passionate Mechanical Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize maintenance operations for MARC services in Brunswick, MD. Your Role, Your Impact
Oversee daily mechanical operations ensuring scalability and alignment with Alstom’s maintenance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
- Ensure reliability of rolling stock through predictive maintenance and root cause analysis using CMMS tools.
- Drive innovation by implementing continuous improvement initiatives and Lean methodologies.
- Promote knowledge sharing and technical training across maintenance teams to strengthen operational capability.
- You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in mechanical systems diagnostics and maintenance planning using Maximo or similar CMMS platforms.
- 5 years experience with rail or other vehicle systems, including HVAC, braking, and propulsion components.
- Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma principles to improve maintenance efficiency.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation for troubleshooting and repair.
- Commitment to safety culture and continuous improvement in operational performance.
- Must be able to travel throughout the MARC operating territory.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, or able to obtain
- Must be able to work M-F 3PM-11PM.

- Salary Range: 105,000-115,000
