Role Overview
Lead full-chip implementation readiness and consistency checks, identifying integration risks early and driving clean handoff to signoff and tapeout.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute full-chip quality and consistency checks
• Validate hierarchy, connectivity, constraints, libraries, and collateral
• Debug cross-domain integration issues and drive owners to closure
• Automate recurring checks and maintain review dashboards
• Lead readiness reviews and enforce release criteria• Lead readiness reviews and enforce release criteria
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong full-chip physical design and integration knowledge
• Understanding of PnR, STA, PV, EMIR, DFT, and low-power interfaces
• Strong TCL/Perl/Python scripting capability
• Experience with large SoC databases and EDA tools
• Excellent debug, review, and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred Skills
• • Experience building automated quality gates
• Exposure to advanced-node signoff and tapeout processes

BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics or related field
