Role Overview
Execute synthesis and static timing analysis activities, supporting constraint development, timing debug, optimization, and signoff closure.
Key Responsibilities
Run synthesis and STA across modes and corners
• Develop, validate, and maintain SDC constraints
• Debug timing violations and constraint issues
• Support timing ECO generation and implementation
• Track QoR and prepare closure reports
Required Skills & Expertise
Hands-on PrimeTime experience
• Experience with Design Compiler, Fusion Compiler, or equivalent synthesis tools
• Good understanding of SDC, MCMM, setup, and hold analysis
• Strong TCL scripting capability
• Knowledge of digital design and PnR fundamentals
Preferred Skills
• Exposure to Tempus, formal equivalence, and advanced-node designs
• Python or Perl scripting is a plus
• Experience with timing ECO flows

Education
BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics or related field
