Role Overview
Lead chiplet or tile-level physical implementation and integration, ensuring PPA, timing, power integrity, and physical verification closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Own floorplan, placement, CTS, routing, and optimization
• Drive timing, congestion, power, and area closure
• Resolve DRC, LVS, antenna, and density issues
• Coordinate tile interfaces and full-chip integration requirements
• Lead technical reviews, risk mitigation, and signoff readiness- RedHawk / Voltus expertise
- Required Skills & Expertise
Strong block or tile PnR expertise using Innovus or ICC2
• Good understanding of STA, CTS, EM/IR, and physical verification
• Experience with advanced-node design rules
• Strong TCL scripting and QoR analysis skills
• Ability to lead complex implementation closure
Preferred Skills
Chiplet or multi-die integration experience
• Exposure to hierarchical implementation methodologies
• Python scripting and automation experience

Education
BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics or related field
