Role Overview
Drive physical design flow development, methodology deployment, and tool enablement to improve quality, productivity, and predictability across programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own PnR flow bring-up, qualification, and release
• Develop and standardize methodologies across design stages
• Debug tool and flow issues with design and CAD teams
• Drive automation, QoR tracking, and continuous improvement
• Support project teams through flow adoption and executionRequired Skills & Expertise
- RedHawk / Voltus expertise
- Required Skills & Expertise
Strong expertise in Innovus or ICC2 physical design flows
• Hands-on experience with synthesis, PnR, STA, and signoff interfaces
• Strong TCL/Perl/Python automation capability
• Understanding of advanced-node implementation challenges
• Ability to analyze QoR and flow performance
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-program flow deployment
• Exposure to AI-assisted automation and dashboard development
• Strong stakeholder and technical leadership skills
Experience

Education
BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics or related field
