What You'll Do

- Coordinate patient flow by rooming patients and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
- Update patient charts and maintain accurate medical records.
- Review and process laboratory orders through the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collect, process, and prepare specimens for shipment to outside laboratories.
- Record in-house test results in the Electronic Health Record system.
- Maintain laboratory inventory, order supplies, and review laboratory invoices.
- Clean, maintain, and restock laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Support providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.

What We're Looking For

- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience required.
- 2 years of healthcare or laboratory experience preferred.
- Valid California Phlebotomy License preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and computer systems.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
