Qualifications: 1+ year in shipping and receiving Basic experience with MS Suite applications including Word and Outlook Experience using an ERP system Job Description: The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for providing reliable and timely support in various supply chain functions, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and process optimization. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Oversee packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements for shipments.
- Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to negotiate rates and resolve any shipping issues.
- Implement procedures to track and trace shipments to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and prevent overstocking.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement inventory management software systems to streamline processes and improve visibility.
- Kitting and issuing material to job orders for the assembly team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and implement solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Utilize ERP to identify trends and patterns that can inform decision-making and drive improvements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
