Account Receivable Site Specialist
Annual Salary: $37,799
Work Schedule: M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m

Since 1971, H-NNCSB has served individuals and families affected by mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional to support our accounts receivable operations. In this role, you will help maintain accurate financial records, support timely collections, and assist clients with billing and insurance-related questions.
Working within an automated financial management system, you will collaborate with clinical staff, insurance providers, and clients to ensure accurate account information, resolve billing concerns, and support efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, verify, and update client and third-party billing information.
- Review client accounts for accuracy and conduct routine audits.
- Verify Medicaid, Medicare, and other insurance coverage.
- Confirm client employment and income information.
- Monitor daily schedules for co-payments and service authorizations.
- Respond to billing inquiries and explain payment policies and fee structures.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and follow up on outstanding billing matters.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in accounts receivable collections or the healthcare arena
- One (1) year working in an automated computer-based system.
