The Global Inclusion & Diversity Coordinator plays a central role in the day-to-day operations and execution of the company’s I&D strategy. This position coordinates global engagement experiences, learning programs, Associate Resource Group operations, communications, financial processes, vendor requirements, and team administration.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable coordinating multiple priorities across teams, regions, and time zones.

This role is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing?

I&D Operations and Program Coordination

- Manage the Diversity Inbox by monitoring requests, routing questions, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining accurate meeting and event information.
- Maintain the I&D strategy calendar, including key initiatives, events, communications, milestones, decision dates, deadlines, and owners.
- Coordinate calendars, meeting invitations, rooms, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for the I&D team and broader I&D programming.
- Maintain the team programming playbook, templates, checklists, accessibility considerations, planning guidance, and lessons learned.
- Track weekly ATF communications and coordinate I&D communications with Corporate Communications and regional partners.
- Prepare clear communications, invitations, reminders, pre-reads, and follow-up materials for global and regional audiences.
- Maintain accurate and current I&D resources, announcements, links, materials, and recordings across the Global SharePoint site.

Global Engagement and Programming

- Coordinate the planning, logistics, and execution of global I&D programs, cultural observances, events, and associate experiences.
- Support I&D activations across the Global Home Office, the London and Shanghai offices, Distribution Centers in New Albany, and stores around the world.
- Manage Global Home Office experience and event request forms, including space, timing, technology, setup, accessibility needs, and required approvals.
- Coordinate event logistics such as room reservations, catering requests, printed materials, creative assets, communications, registration, and on-site execution.
- Maintain engagement content and resources on SharePoint.
- Coordinate community chats, external partnerships, award submissions, and other engagement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and regional contacts to support consistent, locally relevant program delivery.

I&D Learning Coordination

- Coordinate the logistics and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid I&D learning experiences.
- Manage learning invitations, rooms or virtual links, participant communications, materials, technology, accessibility needs, and post-program follow-up.
- Maintain current learning resources, event materials, recordings, links, descriptions, and related content on SharePoint.
- Partner with the I&D Learning team and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are organized and delivered effectively.

Associate Resource Group Operations

- Support the administration and ongoing operations of the company’s Associate Resource Groups.
- Process new ARG members and maintain membership trackers, distribution lists, Teams chats, channels, and welcome communications.
- Create and update ARG meetings and event invitations, including attendee lists, meeting links, rooms, descriptions, and cancellations.
- Maintain ARG planning calendars, programming milestones, leadership meetings, communications, deliverables, and owners.
- Coordinate room reservations, catering requests, payment processing, materials, and other ARG programming needs.
- Maintain current ARG information, resources, and announcements across relevant Teams channels and other platforms.
- Partner with ARG leaders to support effective planning, communication, and program execution.

Financial, Vendor, and Risk Management

- Maintain accurate and proactive tracking of I&D budgets, purchases, transactions, commitments, forecasts, invoices, and remaining balances.
- Create and track purchase orders, invoices, coding, receipts, approvals, and vendor payments through PeopleSoft.
- Process applicable expenses and transactions through Concur.
- Coordinate catering and service requests through CaterTrax, Bon Appétit, and other internal processes.
- Coordinate NMVPS submissions, documentation, approvals, IDs, status updates, and follow-up actions.
- Lead the coordination of Third-Party Risk Management processes for I&D vendors and partners, including documentation, reviews, approvals, and completion tracking.
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain timely follow-up with internal partners and external vendors.
- Flag budget variances, outstanding payments, risks, and upcoming financial commitments for the I&D team.

What Do You Need to Bring?

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with associates, leaders, vendors, and partners across functions, regions, and time zones.
- Sound judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive approach to identifying needs, tracking details, following through, and resolving issues.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, systems such as PeopleSoft, Concur, and other internal financial and vendor-management platforms.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, learning programs, or associate experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
- Curiosity and interest in I&D engagement, learning, programming, and associate experience.
