YOUR IMPACT
A Consultant at OpenText is more than just a technical delivery role. You will play a critical part in helping customers and their trading partners successfully connect, communicate, and exchange business-critical information across secure managed services platforms. By leading connectivity implementations, migrations, and enablement activities, you will directly contribute to customer success, operational excellence, and revenue realization while delivering an exceptional client experience.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
•    Deliver end-to-end enablement and implementation services for customer and partner connectivity using protocols such as AS2, OFTP, X400, sFTP, FTP, and HTTPS.
•    Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them plan, coordinate, and execute partner onboarding and migration initiatives.
•    Monitor customer requests and service commitments to ensure SLA targets are consistently achieved.
•    Lead solution implementation projects from an enablement perspective, ensuring successful outcomes and adherence to project timelines.
•    Manage complex customer migrations involving multiple platforms, systems, and trading partner integrations.
•    Collaborate closely with Cloud Service Delivery, Customer Support, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize service delivery.
•    Drive customer satisfaction by providing technical expertise, proactive problem resolution, and a high-quality service experience.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
•    2+ years of experience working with B2B communications and connectivity protocols such as AS2, FTP, sFTP, HTTPS, OFTP, or related technologies.
•    Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
•    Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving customer and business requirements.
•    Strong decision-making skills with the ability to assess impacts, manage risks, and make informed recommendations.
•    Additional language skills such as Spanish or French are considered an asset.

Salary Range: $72,160 - $108,240 ; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
