We're looking for a Reception, Community & Events Coordinator to ensuring every interaction reflects Campari's welcoming, collaborative, and hospitality-driven culture and help create an exceptional workplace experience for employees, guests, customers, and business partners. This role combines hospitality, office operations, employee engagement, and event coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, solving problems, and creating memorable experiences. What you’ll do:

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees.

- Deliver a welcoming, professional, and polished office experience.

- Manage visitor registration and guest requests.

- Support employee engagement activities and office events.

- Coordinate meetings, events, and hospitality experiences.

- Manage catering, vendors, logistics, room setups, and guest communications.

- Ensure execution and day-of-event coordination.

- Anticipate issues and quickly implement solutions when priorities shift.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in office management, event management, or a related hospitality role.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.

- Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Event & Experience Management Tools : Familiarity with systems and platforms used for event planning and execution, including event order systems, design tools such as Canva, and floorplan or seating tools (e.g., Tripleseat or similar platforms).

- Spanish or Italian: Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or Italian.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $68,550 - $91,400. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
