About this role
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep throughout a condominium community. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the condominium property.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, drywall repairs, and general handyman tasks.
- Inspect and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, amenities, and other community facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and assist with troubleshooting equipment and building issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with property improvement projects, installations, and other maintenance-related tasks as needed.
- Identify safety hazards and report major repairs or issues requiring specialized contractors.
- Follow established safety procedures and ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.
Full-Time
Pay Rate: Up to $27.50 DOE
