We are currently looking for a Vendor Financial Management Analyst to join our team in Aguascalientes, Mexico .

In this role, you will serve as the primary financial point of contact for Capgemini-related services, managing vendor financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, contract governance, and operational compliance. You will partner with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, HR, Tax, and Accounting to ensure effective financial oversight of vendor services while driving cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.

A Day in the Life:

- Manage the financial oversight of approximately USD $32M in annual vendor-related expenditures, including budgeting, forecasting, MTP, and business planning activities.
- Serve as the primary business partner for Capgemini services, monitoring vendor performance, contractual commitments, and financial impacts.
- Coordinate purchase order management, invoice processing, accruals, and financial close activities to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support contract administration activities including SOW reviews, amendments, renewals, and governance processes.
- Develop executive-level reporting, financial analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making and cost optimization initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:

Required:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, Vendor Management, Procurement Finance, Shared Services, or related areas.
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis experience.
- Experience managing large budgets, vendor governance, contracts, SOW administration, and purchase order processes.
- Advanced English proficiency and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and reporting.
- Ability to perform work onsite in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
- Availability to travel approximately every two months.

Desired:

- Experience working in multinational organizations with regional or multi-entity financial operations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Power BI and advanced dashboard/reporting development.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
