Responsibilities
Operations & Monitoring: Use computerized systems to monitor plant conditions, equipment, and alarms, while managing equipment adjustments and shift logs. Safety & Compliance: Respond to emergencies, coordinate with teams, and strictly follow facility rules like the no-cell-phone policy.
Qualifications & Requirements
Computer literacy and adherence to safety procedures. Ability to stay focused during 12-hour rotating shifts with a safety-first industrial mindset
