About this role
About Nox Metals. American factories deserve a supply chain that moves as fast as they do. Nox Metals is building it, along with the tools that run it. We’re a technology company supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.

- Record work and material movements accurately in our software
- Help the team meet weekend production and shipment commitments
- Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area
- Communicate open work and problems clearly to the next shift
- Complete other tasks as assigned
You are:
- Available and dependable for the full assigned weekend schedule
- Serious about safety
- Flexible and willing to learn multiple floor functions
- Attentive to detail and comfortable with physical work
- A steady teammate who takes ownership without constant supervision
- Comfortable with software or willing to learn
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., operate equipment, and remain on your feet for a full shift with or without reasonable accommodation
Nice to have:
- Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or industrial experience
- Forklift, crane, saw, or machine-operation experience
- Experience working extended or weekend shifts
- Experience handling metals
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter
