About Nox Metals. American factories deserve a supply chain that moves as fast as they do. Nox Metals is building it, along with the tools that run it. We’re a technology company with operations in Metro Detroit and Los Angeles, supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.
The role. We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to protect the executive team’s time, attention, and follow-through. You will manage complicated schedules, travel, meetings, communications, and details so leaders arrive prepared and the company’s priorities keep moving.
The right person anticipates what is needed, handles sensitive information with care, and brings order to a fast-changing environment without adding unnecessary process.
You will:
- Own complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts thoughtfully
- Coordinate domestic travel, itineraries, and last-minute changes
- Prepare executives for meetings with the right context and materials
- Organize leadership meetings, capture decisions, and track follow-up
- Draft and manage selected correspondence with discretion
- Process expenses and maintain accurate administrative records
- Coordinate visitors, interviews, events, and executive logistics
- Build simple systems that make recurring work easier
- Notice missing details early and solve them before they become problems
- Handle confidential company and personnel information appropriately
