Backoffice Support Customer Services Sales
- Create service offers and service contracts for public and private customers;
- Create offers for spare parts and SOC;
- Create offers for relocations, installations, etc.
- Collaborate with the Service Sales teams, CS OTC and FI;
- Following sales targets;
- Maintain service funnel and other relevant tools;
- Receive and verify/evaluate service contracts from private customers. Obtain internal signatures. Return signed contracts to customers and archive them.
Work Experience
- Higher education completed or in the process of completion.
- Public procurement knowledge – Basic
- Organizational capacity and focus on details.
- English knowledge – Intermediate or higher
- Microsoft Office – Intermediate
- Very good communication skills.
