Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: £26,500-£28,000

Key Responsibilities

- Research land leads, liaise with office teams, maintain lead spreadsheets and prepare opportunities for review by the Development and Investment Directors.
- Monitor local planning portals for new opportunities, manage follow-up correspondence and carry out comparable site research and reports.
- Assist Directors with pricing appraisals and Development and Investment valuations.
- Maintain developer and investor databases, departmental diaries and lead management systems.
- Handle general administration, including Terms of Business, AML checks, Heads of Terms, invoicing and debt chasing.
- Create marketing microsites and distribute campaigns to databases.
- Coordinate new instruction marketing materials, including photography, floor plans, brochures and boards.
- Manage Land Insight and Search Land software, keeping property portals and Dexters websites up to date.
- Distribute portal enquiries to Land and Investor brokers.
- Organise and maintain physical files, electronic records and archives.

Requirements & Skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confident using databases and departmental diary systems, including Zoho.
- Familiarity with Land Registry, Pro-Map, Molior, Land Insight and local planning portals.
- Strong research, organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Training will be provided on all specialist software.
