PARTS DRIVER

Duval Ford is seeking a Parts Driver. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts and equipment to customers and suppliers.

Requirements

- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roadways.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and equipment.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Basic understanding of automotive parts and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Safely deliver parts, equipment, and supplies to customers, vendors, and other locations as required.

- Adhere to a scheduled delivery route and ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner.

- Load and unload parts and equipment into and from the delivery vehicle with care to prevent damage.

- Provide professional and courteous service to customers during deliveries, addressing any immediate concerns or issues.

- Perform regular maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle and report any issues to the supervisor. Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.

- Accurately complete and submit all necessary delivery and pick-up paperwork, including obtaining customer signatures.

- Assist with parts inventory, including counting and organizing parts.

- Follow all safety and driving regulations, company policies, and procedures.

- Maintains a professional appearance and conduct.
