Mobile Technician
Duval Ford is seeking experienced Mobile Technicians. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and on-site maintenance and at times may be roadside when performing their job duties.

Requirements
- Previous experience inspecting and repairing vehicles
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Knowledgeable and stays abreast of federal, state and local regulations
- Works in a safe manner
- Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Must be available nights and weekends for on call rotation.
- Provide after-hours/on-call service to customers that may include fleet service.
Responsibilities
- Performs work as outlined on a repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnose cause of most malfunctions and perform repairs.
- Communications with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended
- Documents all work performed on the repair order
- Road tests vehicles when required
- Travel to various locations to assist customers and diagnose issues.
