About this role
Main Roles :
- Manage promotor deployment and manpower allocation across device chain outlets.
- Monitor promotor performance and productivity against sales targets.
- Manage promotor incentive schemes and performance rewards.
- Drive promotor capability through product and sales training.
- Coordinate with retail partners to improve outlet execution and drive device & telco sales.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business / relevant fields
- 6-7 years experience in channel marketing / sales
