About this role
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and modern web technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components following best practices and component-based architecture.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and front-end engineering standards.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and provide timely incident resolution in accordance with SLA requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, estimation, and continuous improvement of development processes.
- Research, evaluate, and adopt modern front-end technologies, tools, and best practices to improve engineering productivity.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of front-end development experience with strong proficiency in React and TypeScript .
- Hands-on experience with Next.js , including SSR, SSG, routing, and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Sass, and responsive web design.
- Experience building reusable, maintainable, and scalable component-based applications.
- Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL with backend services.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP or Azure).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
- Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and participating in code reviews.
