Pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours

Picasso Restaurant Group is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Prep Cook to join our team at the University of Michigan–Flint!
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in food quality, and works well with others.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients, including washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning food.
- Assist with daily food preparation for café service.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
- Keep prep stations clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures.
- Assist kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred.
- Strong knife skills and basic food preparation knowledge.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
