HR Intern

Want to see what HR really looks like behind the scenes?

Join our HR team and get hands-on experience across the employee journey. As our HR Intern , they will be one of the first people employees turn to with HR questions, helping them find answers and making their everyday experience easier.

They will support key HR processes and administration, contribute to different HR projects, and gradually take ownership of their own tasks and ideas. They will also get a chance to show their creative side by supporting employee engagement activities and creating content for internal HR communications.

What you will do:

- Be a friendly first point of contact for employees and their HR questions
- Support day-to-day HR processes and administration
- Get involved in HR projects and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Take ownership of tasks as they grow into the role
- Create content for HR newsletters and internal communications
- Support employee engagement activities and help make HR more visible and approachable

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in at a Slovak University .
- Fluent English .
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week.
- problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and work with emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a global team.
- Detail oriented and communication skills + organization + self organization

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 11,200–16,390 EUR per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
