F&B Captain
4-Star Hotel | Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented F&B Captain to join the Food & Beverage team of a 4-star hotel in Dubai. The successful candidate will help lead daily service, support the team, and ensure guests receive a welcoming and high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they receive attentive, professional service.
- Oversee the service of an assigned section and ensure tables are set and maintained to hotel standards.
- Guide and support Waiters and other team members during service.
- Take and check food and beverage orders accurately when required.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and beverages to assist guests and make recommendations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally, escalating issues when needed.
- Ensure service areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Follow hotel standards for hygiene, health, safety, and guest service.
- Support the wider Food & Beverage team as required.
Requirements
- Female candidate with at least 2 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience .
- Previous experience in a Captain, team leader, or senior Waiter/Waitress role is preferred.
- Hotel or quality restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Professional, well-groomed, and positive approach.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Package
- Salary: AED 1,800 per month
- Meal allowance: AED 200 per month
