PrideStaff is working with a family-owned business that provides commercial facility maintenance services. The successful candidate for this position have background experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The candidate will be working at the data center of one of the premier players in the data center industry.
Compensation: $25-$30 an hour
Location: Leesburg, VA and Ashburn, VA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Responsibilities:
Work with the maintenance team to complete work order tickets and special projects Monitors inventory and ensure proper care of parts and supplies. Drywall repair – patching, painting Carpentry repair – doors, molding, furnishings, cabinets Plumbing repair – toilets, sinks, bathtub, shower, caulking Electrical – maintain lights interior & exterior, light fixtures HVAC – filters, grills, belts, baseboard heating General Maintenance and Safety
Qualifications:
Prior experience in facilities or property maintenance Self-motivated, energetic, and flexible multi-tasker Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with little supervision and as part of a team Bilingual English and Spanish a plus Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to pass a background check Must have reliable transportation

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
