About this role
Job Captain / Senior Architectural Designer
Irvine, CA | Hybrid
Some firms want someone to coordinate consultants. Others want someone who can actually help deliver projects. We're partnering with a growing architecture and engineering organization seeking a hands-on Job Captain / Senior Architectural Designer who wants to stay close to the work, own project deliverables, and play a meaningful role in project execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly in Revit, coordinating with engineers and consultants, and helping projects move from design through construction documentation. If you're looking for an opportunity where your technical expertise matters and your contributions are visible, we'd love to connect.

- Work alongside architects, engineers, and technical leaders
- Contribute to complex and meaningful projects across multiple markets
- Expand your responsibilities while remaining hands-on in production and delivery
