Your Impact
As the Director of Product Management – Messaging, you will lead the vision, strategy, and modernization of OpenText’s enterprise messaging portfolio, shaping the evolution of our current messaging capabilities toward a next-generation, SaaS-native Messaging Channels platform.
This is a strategic growth and transformation role with end-to-end responsibility for product vision, business strategy, roadmap, product boundaries, and transition planning across existing and future messaging capabilities. You will help build an email-first platform, with SMS and additional digital messaging channels, designed to support OpenText Communications, Experience Cloud applications, and API-driven customer use cases.
You will lead and develop the Product Management team responsible for messaging services, APIs, channels, and related platform capabilities. Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Operations, Security, Support, and other Product organizations, you will translate customer needs and market opportunities into a focused, scalable product strategy.
A key part of your impact will be balancing innovation with the needs of our existing customers. You will guide the development and commercialization of the new messaging platform while managing customer commitments, operational dependencies, product economics, channel strategy, and migration from legacy messaging services.
You will also bring strong commercial and customer perspective to the portfolio, defining investment priorities, pricing and packaging strategies, channel economics, partner relationships, and business cases that support sustainable growth.
