Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in Java software engineering, application development, and enterprise systems.- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.- Experience working with financial products, banking applications, payments, or other financial services platforms.- Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, object-oriented programming, and system integration.- Proven ability to understand business products and translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.- Experience leading technical design discussions and providing engineering guidance to development teams.- Strong client-facing communication, envisioning requirement discovery, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience with relational databases, SQL, Git, unit testing, and CI/CD practices.- Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership and solution ownership. Qualifications:- Experience with financial services platforms, transaction processing, payment systems, or digital banking.
