We put AI at the center of our approach, designing interactions that feel intuitive, helpful, and human. If you care about thoughtful, systems-minded design that helps teams do great work—we’d love to meet you.

Your Future Team

The Usage-Based Pricing & Monetization team sits right at the engine room of Atlassian’s next generation of growth! We design the foundational experiences that make usage-based pricing—from autonomous AI agents and cloud compute to automated workflows and developer tools—feel predictable, transparent, and completely effortless for admins and teams worldwide.

The Opportunity: Designing the Frontier of AI Monetization 🚀

How do you build trust and value when software stops being just a seat license and becomes intelligent, autonomous AI running workflows in the background?

As our Lead Product Designer , you won’t just be polishing UI widgets— you will be charting unexplored territory in SaaS monetization and AI economics. The entire software industry is evolving from static subscriptions to dynamic, consumption-driven models, and you will lead the charge in defining what that feels like for millions of users.

You’ll tackle fascinating, high-impact design challenges:

- How do enterprise leaders budget, forecast, and distribute AI usage across thousands of employees so teams can innovate freely without fear of surprise bills?
- How do we make real-time consumption data (from background AI tasks to high-volume automated processes) feel intuitive, delightful, and actionable?
- How do we design intelligent guardrails that prevent accidental overages while upholding complete transparency and customer control?

If you love untangling massive systemic puzzles, turning complex data streams into elegant mental models, and shaping the commercial backbone of a global platform, this is the playground for you.
