PRN Aides/CNA

About the Role:
Independence Home Health LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated PRN Aides/CNAs to join our team in Nineveh, IN. Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to supervising nurses
• Support patients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment for patients
• Deliver compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to home health protocols and procedures

Requirements:
• Active CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Indiana
• Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Nineveh, IN area
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to quality care
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
