Independence Home Health LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated PRN Aides/CNAs to join our team in Nashville, IN. Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to supervising nursing staff
• Support patients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean patient environment
• Deliver compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to home health care protocols
Requirements:
• Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in Indiana
• Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to quality care
• Flexibility to work PRN/as-needed shifts
