Independence Home Health LLC is looking for compassionate and dependable Weekend PRN Aides to join our dedicated care team in Nashville, IN. Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Support patients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition or behavior to supervising staff
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote patient well-being
• Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to home health safety protocols
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiver preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification a plus
• Availability to work weekends on a PRN (as-needed) basis
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the Nineveh, IN area
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered demeanor
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervision
• Must pass a background check and meet applicable state requirements
