Network Engineer III

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Network Engineer III to join our team!

Qualifications:

- Twelve (12) years of experience supporting projects and programs similar in scope and complexity

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform Network Engineering tasks and functions

- Develop, plan, and implement scalable network solutions, new network layouts, and upgrades

- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software

- Implement and manage network security measures, including firewall rules, access controls, and security protocols to protect data

- Resolve network issues

- Monitor network health, analyze traffic patterns, and improve visibility through metrics and alerting

- Create and maintain network documentation, policies, and procedures

Required:

- Minimum of 3 years as a Network Engineer (within the last 3 years)

- Proficient with Linux; Linux system administration experience is a plus

- CCNA or CCNP certification

- Security+ certification

Desired:

- Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls

- Palo Alto firewalls

- Dell and HPE Linux servers

- Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources

- Ansible

- Nutanix (VM management)

- Rubrik (data storage)

- Nomad containers

- SALT scripts

- LibreNMS

- NetBox
