Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Experience: Marketing and Account Management experience
License: Active Property & Casualty license
Software: Insurance agency management systems; EPIC is a huge plus!!
Knowledge: Familiar with insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols
Your Day-To-Day Tasks:
Ensuring a positive client experience by answering service questions.
Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure client satisfaction
Verify crucial information regarding premiums, policies, claims, and various forms, etc.
Process urgent binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.
Efficiently input applications and support online rating processes.
