Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager – Remote

Do you have insurance and customer service experience and are ready to be an asset to a team? If so, we are looking for YOU!! We are seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant to temporarily join a stellar insurance company in Southern California.
Your Position. . .
Responsible for supporting Account Managers, sales team, and team members
Provide excellent customer service
Complete client service tasks related to new business applications, renewal, policies
Respond to clients by email, and phone, in a timely manner
Maintain and update customer files and database
What we need from you. . .
Experienced - You have customer service experience in the insurance space and are proficient with EPIC
Licensed - P&C license is required
Knowledgeable - You are knowledgeable of insurance terminology
Work Ethic - Go above and beyond with excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
