Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Full-time)
Schedule: Fully remote position dedicated to candidates residing in Southern California
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annual salary

License: Property & Casualty license Experience: 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience Software: Proficiency in AMS360 Account Management: Experience with mid- to large-sized accounts is preferred Insurance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
Your Day-to-Day:
Responsible for staying in direct contact with clients and providing excellent customer service Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client In charge of marketing new and renewal business Developing and maintaining relationships with carriers Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters Assisting in the gathering of renewal exposure information with the producer Performing other job-related duties as assigned
