About this role
- Maintain gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas.
- Perform planting, watering, pruning, trimming, and weeding.
- Prepare soil, apply fertilizers, and assist with pest and disease control.
- Maintain flower beds, hedges, shrubs, and grass areas.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
- Carry out lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance.
- Keep garden areas clean, tidy, and free from debris.
- Follow instructions from the supervisor or foreman and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Follow health and safety procedures while working outdoors.
- Report plant health issues, equipment damage, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or garden maintenance is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plants, gardening tools, and maintenance techniques.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Hardworking, reliable, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain good work standards.
