Requirements for the role
§ IICL Reefer & Dry Van Container Inspection Certification Examination or sufficient technical knowledge confirmed by the Regional M&R Senior Manager, acquired through experience § Strong technical skills, repairs, spare parts, and hands-on problem-solving personality § Very good knowledge of the features of all types of containers, including Reefer units § Very good knowledge of the different Inspection Standards (cargo worthy, IICL, UCIRC...) § Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect, coach and collaborate with depot staff § Ability to work independently and as part of a team § Good communication and reporting skills. § Fluent in local language and good business English written & spoken. § Proficiency in using M&R Systems, repair coding systems § Driver's license, willing to frequently travel within HUB geography
